If your photos are not uploading correctly its usually one, or both of the following reasons.

• They are in the wrong format
  
  Ideally they should be in JPEG format, PNG, BMP although our system will accept others types. JPEG, or PNG we find give the best results.
• They are too big
  
  So you have used your 12 megapixel camera and are ready to upload your photos... Problem is having taken the photos at such high quality the filesize is now too big to upload to our servers...maybe several megabytes.
  
  Ideally photos should be 640 x 480 pixels (approx 5x4 inches) landscape in JPG (or JPEG) format. This will bring the filesize right down to perhaps 250Kb or less (1/4 of a megabyte).
  
  Usually the software that comes with your camera will allow you to re-size your photos. Its best to work from a copy of the original file, otherwise you may lose the original photo.

  If you continue to have problems adding photos to your profile, or are unable to resize them, please email them to support with your login name and the last 3 letters from your password and we will take care of it from this end.
