DID YOU LOGIN CORRECTLY AND THEN UNEXPECTLY SEE THIS PAGE ?

The problem is your browser is not set up to accept cookies.

To correct this please following the instructions below.

In Microsoft Internet Explorer :-

1) go to Tools >> Internet Options

The internet options window should now be open.

2) Select 'Security' from this window.

3) Scroll down and find the section on Cookies.

There are two different types of cookies.

    a). Cookie stored on your computer
    b). Allow per-session cookies (not stored)

Hopefully, one or both of these are currently set to DISABLED ?
They should both be changed to ENABLED, or at a minimum set to prompt.

Click OK to update settings.

4) Close all explorer windows.

Now go to the website and login. You should now be able to access all pages
until you signout (or timeout)
